I found this rebate form in the Beer/Alcohol section at Lowe's Foods, it's a tear pad. You do not have to purchase Alcohol to get this deal.
All you have to do is purchase $4.01 or more worth of oranges (buy 8/31/12), submit your receipt with the rebate form and you'll get a check back in the amount of $4.00!
I LOVE Rebates! This is a great deal on produce!
